Among the special events for international registrants, are an orientation and convention center tour for first-time attendees, Saturday, September 28, and an International Reception open to all international attendees and their spouses on Tuesday, October 1. We encourage our international visitors to wear their national dress or a flag lapel pin at the President’s Reception September 29 and at all evening receptions.
Attendees who need a Canadian visa can request an invitation letter at no extra charge when registering online. The Canadian government recommends applying for a visa at least five months before arrival in Canada.
