Biopsy of sinus margin with skin and base of sinus.

sinogram
Discharge-TB Culture
Tissue sample for TB-PCR
CT-Sinogram."

Differential diagnosis:
Atypical Tuberculosis(Scrofuloderma),Osteomyelitis of mandible, calculus sialadenitis with Orocutaneous fistula, cervical actinomycosis.
